From sunrise trail starts to sunset campsite stories - Ride For Her is a visual journey as much as a physical one.

It was fantastic. Have not ridden that far for 20 years. So we did some practising and renewed my love of cycling and it's such a good way to share time with family and friends. The marshals so cheerful and obviously wanting us to enjoy the experience.

My expectations were exceeded and from the moment I enrolled, the information, staff in the office, staff at the ride, marshalls riding the route with us, photographer, Bill's bikes, the staff at the start and finish, and every other rider, plus the public were amazing, supportive, encouraging, friendly and made my day of a first ride a complete success.

The experience was incredible pedaling across the Outer Harbour Loop following way back through the Bayside Beach Stretch and the Parklands Trail alongside river Torrens with gusty south-westerlies ripping us throughout.

The best part of the event was the sense of community. Riders of all experience levels were treated with the same level of care and enthusiasm.

This event helped me regain my confidence on the bike. I chose a shorter route and it felt comfortable from start to finish.
